Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Because they are made just for you, personalised goods (like our personalised cards, bookmarks, and keepsakes) cannot be returned.

Before You Return: Please reach out to me first! I’d love the chance to fix any issues and ensure you have the correct return address.

Requirements: To process your request, please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only a partial refund is possible. This typically applies to items that aren’t in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons unrelated to my shipping or handling.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We only offer replacements for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the exact same item, please get in touch via email at rivka@rivka.uk.
Shipping Your Return

Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Adjustments: If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final total.

Protect Your Return: Please ask the Post Office for a Proof of Postage receipt (this is a free service). For your protection, we cannot offer refunds on items that are lost in the mail without this proof.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
