Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, no! This store is for UK customers only. 

When will my order arrive?

  • Dispatch: I usually ship orders within 3–5 working days.

  • Delivery (UK): Once dispatched, expect your package within 2–5 working days.

  • Please note: Postal delays due to strikes, weather, or seasonal volume are out of my control. Please check your local postal service for any known service disruptions.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Don't worry! First, double-check your dispatch date and remember that "working days" refer to Monday through Friday only. If your delivery estimate has passed, please email rivka@rivka.uk with your name, address, and order number so I can look into it for you.

I’ve received my order but I’m not happy with it. Can you help?

Of course. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please email me at rivka@rivka.uk so we can chat about your options.

Help! I made a mistake with my personalisation!

If you catch the error before I have started making your order, let me know immediately and I will happily correct it. Unfortunately, if the item has already been created or dispatched, I am unable to offer a replacement or refund for customer errors.

There is a mistake on my order—can you fix it?

I strive for perfection, but I am human! If I have made an error or sent the wrong item, please reach out to me at rivka@rivka.uk. Providing great customer service is my priority, and I will fix the mistake as quickly as possible.

Can I collect my order in person?

To comply with insurance and safety regulations, my studio is not open to the public. All orders must be dispatched via mail and cannot be collected in person.
